This application is used as a preliminary screening tool and does not guarantee advancement to the volunteer application. Please answer the questions on this form thoroughly, as your answer guide the next step that you will receive from our staff.

Lastly, our main form of communication with you is through email, so please make sure that you provide an email address that you check often. Be sure to check your junk/spam email folder as messages sometimes go there.

Are you a student enrolled in college and or other higher level education leveled courses?

As noted above, our onsite volunteers serve in a set schedule (same day and time each week). 

Please indicate the days/times that you are able to commit to volunteering in this set schedule during the length of committment (0-3 months, 3-6 months, etc.) you indicated on the previous question..
