Group and Community Volunteer Activity Application

This application is for one-time volunteer group activities to the hospital and should be completed by individuals 18 years and older with the desire to serve in a unique way.

Group and Community Volunteers have the opportunity to make a significant difference for patients and families receiving care at Children's Mercy. Whether it is making happy kits, sharing a special talent or program with patients, supporting the hospital in the donation center, or providing a group meal. Please take time to complete the below application to help our team learn more about your desire to give back.
